A fantastic afternoon was had on Saturday as we played for the Bowls President’s Cup. . It was fantastic to have nearly 30 people out on the green on what turned out to be a beautiful afternoon.

Congrats to the winning team of Denis Mulcahy, Glenn Hanna and Jonathan Warren Perry with the team of Sue O’Neill, Simon Taylor and Noelle Hegarty as runners up.

Huge thanks to Alan for being able to take a list of names and a few minutes later have devised a tournament for us all to enjoy. Thanks to all the regular members who gave guidance and welcomed all the ‘new’ bowlers. Special mention to James Taylor for drumming up some interest and getting most of the non players to enter.

There is a small group of ‘new’ bowlers starting on Tuesday evenings @ 7pm. All welcome to join in but anyone is welcome to join in anytime we play.

We look forward to welcoming Causeway next Sunday 14th July @ 2.30PM for the 2nd Match of our Summer League
